Ingredients:
* 2 tomatoes
* 1 clove of garlic
* 1/2 red onion
* 1/4 cup chopped dill
* 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
* 2 tbsp olive oil
Makes approximately 2 1/2 cups.
Directions:
1. Cut the tomatoes into quarters & remove seeds.
2. Cut the onion into quarters
3. Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender for just a few seconds until everything is finely chopped.
4. Serve over chicken, fish, or as a snack with thick crackers such as Triscuits, etc.
